2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:

3. Payment Information
NoteAy does not directly process bank transactions. Teachers add their own payment accounts, and students pay using the listed payment methods. Students may upload receipt images for teacher verification.
Payment receipts and related payment records may be stored to confirm purchases, resolve disputes, and maintain transaction history.
4. Uploaded Content
Teachers are responsible for the educational materials they upload. Uploaded files may include PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, images, titles, descriptions, prices, categories, and other related information.
Purchased materials are made available to approved students through NoteAy’s secure in-app viewer.
5. Content Protection
NoteAy may use private storage, access controls, watermarking, and in-app viewing restrictions to help protect teachers’ content from unauthorized sharing.
No digital protection system is completely perfect, but we take reasonable steps to reduce unauthorized access, copying, and distribution.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information only when necessary to operate the service, such as:
- ✔ Showing teacher profiles and published notes to students
- ✔ Showing student receipt submissions to teachers for approval
- ✔ Using trusted service providers for hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, and notifications
- ✔ Complying with legal requirements or protecting our platform from abuse
7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including authentication, database access rules, secure storage, and restricted file access.
However, no online service can guarantee complete security. You are responsible for keeping your password and account access secure.
8. Notifications
NoteAy may send push notifications about payment approvals, rejected receipts, purchases, uploaded notes, account updates, and other important activities.
You can manage notification permissions through your device settings.
9. Offline Access
Approved purchased notes may be downloaded and cached on your device for offline reading inside the NoteAy app. These files are intended to remain accessible only within the app and should not be shared outside NoteAy.
10. Your Rights
You may request to update, correct, or delete your personal information, subject to legal, security, and transaction-record requirements.
Teachers may manage their profiles, payment accounts, and uploaded materials from within the app.
11. Children and Students
NoteAy is intended for educational use. Students should use the app responsibly and, where required, with guidance from a parent, guardian, school, or teacher.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we may notify users through the app or update the policy page.
