Because NoteAy provides digital educational content that becomes accessible after payment approval, all purchases are generally considered final. However, refunds may be granted under specific circumstances described below.
2. Eligible Refund Requests
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- ✔ You accidentally made duplicate payments for the same note.
- ✔ You paid the wrong teacher by mistake and can provide sufficient proof.
- ✔ Your payment was successfully completed but access to the purchased note was never granted due to a platform error.
- ✔ The purchased material is permanently unavailable because of a technical issue that cannot be resolved.
- ✔ A teacher voluntarily agrees to issue a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:
- ✔ You changed your mind after purchasing.
- ✔ You no longer need the educational material.
- ✔ You purchased the wrong note due to your own mistake.
- ✔ You failed to preview the note before purchasing.
- ✔ You are dissatisfied with the teaching style or presentation after access has been granted.
- ✔ You shared your account or allowed someone else to access your purchased materials.
4. Payment Verification
Students must upload a valid payment receipt after making a payment.
If a receipt is rejected, no access will be granted until the issue has been resolved. A rejected receipt does not automatically qualify for a refund.
5. Duplicate Payments
If you accidentally pay for the same note more than once, please contact support as soon as possible with proof of both transactions. Duplicate payments will be reviewed individually.
6. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe your account was used without your authorization, contact NoteAy support immediately. We will investigate the issue before determining whether a refund is appropriate.
7. Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems that prevent you from accessing purchased content, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. Most technical issues can be resolved without requiring a refund.
8. Teacher Responsibilities
Teachers are expected to review payment receipts fairly and promptly.
Teachers should ensure that uploaded educational materials accurately match their descriptions, titles, and preview content.
9. Refund Review Process
Each refund request is reviewed individually. During the review process, we may request additional information, including:
- ✔ Payment receipts
- ✔ Transaction references
- ✔ Screenshots
- ✔ Account information
- ✔ Purchase history
✔ Providing false information during a refund request may result in account suspension.
10. Processing Time
Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the complexity of the investigation.
11. Fraud Prevention
To protect teachers and students, NoteAy actively monitors suspicious transactions and fraudulent refund requests.
Accounts involved in fraudulent activity may be suspended or permanently removed from the platform.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of NoteAy after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
