Submit an account deletion request for your NoteAy profile. Once verified by our admin support team, your account, uploaded study materials, purchase history, and personal data will be permanently removed.
Important Information Before Deleting Your Account
- Permanent Action: Account deletion is irreversible. You will lose access to all purchased notes, course downloads, and account history.
- Teacher Uploads: If you are a teacher, your published study notes and materials will be removed from the platform store.
- Processing Timeline: Deletion requests submitted here are delivered straight to our Admin Support Queue and processed within 24 to 48 business hours.
